| The priority contract will consist of 10 voice incidents and a combined total of 10 E Mail/Fax incidents. Guaranteed same day response to customer during VASTs normal business hours. |
| Fax/E Mail Support |
| This contract will consist of 10 incidents per year through a fax or E Mail. Guaranteed 24 hour response time to customer. |
| Per Incident |
| Customers requiring support without a contract will be charged on a per incident basis. Incidents may be reported by phone, fax or e mail. Guaranteed 24 hour response time. |
