Module Options
Enter/Change Inventory Items <See

Use this option to create new inventory items, edit existing ones, or mark an item as discontinued. This option may also be used for a quick review of retail selling price, last sale and purchase dates, and total units on hand.
Adjust Inventory Levels <See

Use this option to create adjusting entries for your inventory. There are five default types for adjusting inventory levels.
Change Prices <See

Use this option to adjust selling prices on inventory. Price changes may be made for a single product, for all products purchased from a single vendor, or for all items assigned to a particular group or category.
Maintain Unit of Measure Conversions
Use this option to create quantity conversions for inventory items. Unit of measure conversions may be different for purchasing versus selling of the same product.
Maintain Inventory Categories
Use this option to create categories for your inventory items. Categories group your items together for reporting purposes.
Maintain Product Matrices
Product matrices allow you to create up to ten different price rates per product. These rates, or levels, may then be assigned to specific customers. Once a product matrix is created and assigned to a customer record, the system will automatically display their assigned price in the Order Entry module when an order is created for the item. The matrix price may be overwritten on the order, if necessary There are ten levels for each product. Matrices are not required by the system, and you may opt not to create them.
Maintain Serial Information
Use this option to create serial numbers for inventory items which were not received through the Purchase Order module. You may edit or delete serial numbers in this option also. Serial numbers are not required by the system, and you may opt not to create them.
Build Assemblies <See

Use this option to create production records for inventory items marked as Assembly types. Creating production records for assembly items relieves the units on hand in the inventory module for all components and places the items on reserve.
Warehouse Transfer
Use this option to transfer inventory items between warehouses. You may transfer items from one warehouse and receive it into another warehouse simultaneously.
Inventory Reports
Use this option to print all reports pertaining to inventory.
